Exciting Opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Engineer

The People Co is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our Maintenance and Engineering Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out routine asset care across varied plant machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To investigate, diagnose, and resolve plant issues in a logical and methodical way.
  • To support the production process following resolution to ensure efficient and effective running is maintained.
  • To ensure efficient plant operations using the machinery asset care system.
  • To work proactively to stabilise or improve line performance on a Continuous Improvement basis.

Personal Profile:

  • Electrical bias is preferred.
  • Experience in a food or drinks manufacturer/production environment is essential.
  • An electrical engineering degree or equivalent qualifications and updated certifications are required.
