Randstad Construction & Property is collaborating with a leading National Facilities Management firm to recruit a skilled and team-oriented Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be tasked with performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and addressing reactive maintenance needs across multiple locations. Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Executing general maintenance tasks and electrical PPMs
  • Conducting emergency lighting inspections
  • Overseeing the Building Management System (BMS)
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations and policies

Compensation:
Competitive salary package (up to £40,000 based on experience)
Employment Type:
Full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Valid UK driving license
  • Completion of a formal apprenticeship and relevant trade certification
  • Experience in Facilities Management or building maintenance
  • Proven ability in various building fabric tasks, including plastering, joinery, glazing, plumbing, and decorating, as outlined in the competency matrix
