Job Title: MTSS Testing Coordinator

Mid Michigan Leadership Academy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced MTSS Testing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in overseeing and implementing the MTSS framework, coordinating all student assessments, and supporting academic and behavioral interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the MTSS framework, including academic and behavioral interventions.
  • Collaborate with teachers to design and implement Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 interventions.
  • Monitor the progress of students receiving interventions and adjust plans as needed.
  • Provide professional development and training to staff on MTSS practices and strategies.
  • Facilitate MTSS meetings and maintain accurate documentation of intervention plans and student progress.
  • Plan and coordinate all standardized testing and other school-wide assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with all testing regulations and guidelines.
  • Analyze and interpret test data to inform instructional practices and interventions.
  • Report testing results to stakeholders, including staff, administration, and parents.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Valid teaching certification in the state of Michigan.
  • Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a K-8 setting.
  • Experience with MTSS implementation and coordination.
  • Knowledge of standardized testing procedures and requirements.
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Full-time position with standard school hours.
