About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Kerry. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing raw material requisitions, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and validate raw material requisitions to ensure accurate lead times.
  • Monitor vendor confirmations and act on variances to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Review and follow up on overdue purchase orders to prevent delays.
  • Monitor the Portbury Call Off email inbox and action relevant emails in a timely manner.
  • Carry out daily tasks and update the task list as actions are completed.
  • Provide clear and timely communication of supply issues via SAP cockpits.
  • Check and maintain relevant master data, including NPI.
  • Manage the F&R process to avoid service issues or stock write-offs.
  • Monitor shelf life and work with suppliers, quality, and warehouse teams to extend as required.
  • Respond to plan release queries in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field.
  • FMCG industry experience, preferably in food.
  • First supply chain experience.
  • Detailed ERP knowledge of purchasing and material planning modules in a manufacturing environment, with SAP a distinct advantage.
  • Microsoft Excel skills.
  • APICS qualification desirable.
  • Driving license.
