Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cleaner / Cleaning Operative to join our team at Tenon FM. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a better day, every day by maintaining clean, presentable, and serviceable areas.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure that assigned areas are clean and serviceable at all times.
- Present yourself in a professional, courteous, and appropriate manner in accordance with company policies and values.
- Carry out duties related to cleaning and waste collection within designated premises.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
- Good time-keeping skills and a positive attitude.
- Friendly and helpful attitude towards customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with colleagues.
- Previous experience is desirable, but full training will be provided.
