Sales Account Manager

As a key member of our Education team, you will be responsible for maintaining regular and scheduled customer interactions with existing clients and new business prospects.
Your primary objective is to retain clients, upgrade their equipment when necessary, and identify opportunities to cross-sell solutions from our extensive portfolio of services and products.
To align with our growth strategy, you will collaborate closely with our inside sales team to manage and convert inbound and outbound opportunities.
This role is primarily focused on new business development, with a 70/30 split between new and existing clients, covering the South West region of the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to drive sales growth
- Upsell and cross-sell services and products to existing clients
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen and sales skills
- Ability to travel within the South West region
