We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketing and Design Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform marketing decisions.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and email.
- Design and produce high-quality marketing materials and content to engage our target audience.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with our online community to build brand awareness and loyalty.
- Coordinate events, promotions, and product launches to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Assist in budget management and allocate resources effectively to achieve marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to ensure our marketing strategies remain effective.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing materials that drive sales and support overall business objectives.
- Maintain and update company websites using platforms such as Wix, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Utilise tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Wix to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Apply basic HTML skills for website updates and email campaign creation.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative and strategic projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Wix.
- Own transport is preferred due to the location of the office.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
- £30,000 to £35,000 per annum
- Successful forward-thinking business with friendly teams.
- Lovely working environment in modern offices.
