Job Title: Maintenance Manager

**About the Role**

SRS Partnership Ltd is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to lead the Maintenance team at their large processing facility in South Ayrshire. As a key member of the Management Team, you will be responsible for delivering high performance process efficiency and ensuring the Maintenance function operates to the site required Health, Safety and Environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Maintenance team of fitters and electricians to deliver high performance process efficiency
  • Develop and implement best plant practices in process engineering & maintenance systems involving new technology and design standards
  • Plan and develop PEMAC / CMMS systems to deliver maximum line/process efficiency including energy, plant services and utilities
  • Ensure the Maintenance function operates to the site required Health, Safety and Environmental standards

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience of asset management, reliability, maintenance strategy, organisation and systems
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Minimum 10 years maintenance/engineering management experience in a heavy industry
  • Qualification in Engineering or related field or equivalent knowledge and experience
