We are seeking a dynamic Ecommerce Transformation Project Manager to spearhead our business change initiatives within a leading global brand. This role involves a commitment to driving our online sales transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables for business change initiatives.
  • Inspire and guide the project team towards achieving objectives while cultivating a collaborative atmosphere.
  • Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to provide updates and solicit feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical project manager to ensure alignment of business change activities with technical requirements.
  • Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables adhere to established quality standards.
  • Create and maintain the Project Charter, clearly defining scope and objectives.
  • Monitor project performance and make necessary adjustments to schedules and plans.
  • Promptly address and resolve project issues to minimize impact on timelines and quality.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business change project management within fast-paced, multifaceted programmes.
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Confident leadership capabilities to secure stakeholder buy-in and drive project outcomes.
  • Ability to take full ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks within tight timelines.
  • Commitment to accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
