Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Trainee Technician to join our team at Adler and Allan. As a Trainee Technician, you will assist our depot in delivering skilled works, including high-pressure water jetting, clean-up of spills, and industrial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of skilled works, including high-pressure water jetting, clean-up of spills, and industrial services.
  • Conduct remediation and general groundworks, including tank cleaning and decommissioning.
  • Attend to spill response and industrial cleaning duties.
  • Investigate and remediate issues with tank and interceptor vessels, pump and probe systems.
  • Conduct welding and fabrication, including interceptor and storage tank installs, servicing, and inspections.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or environment is highly advantageous.
  • A willingness to work in an environment of change, dealing with emergency works is essential.
  • A flexible approach to working hours is needed due to the nature of the role and response duties.
  • A full clean UK driving license and right to work in the UK are required.
  • Willingness to work away for extended periods, including travel, hotel stays, and shift working.
  • Willingness to undertake additional training as required to meet the needs of the depot.
