Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking OOC assessments and case management, working closely with the Youth Justice system to prevent offending and promote positive outcomes for young people. You will be part of a multi-agency team, working collaboratively with partner agencies to deliver a range of interventions and strategies to reduce crime.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake OOC assessments and case management to support young people at risk of offending
  • Work closely with the Youth Justice system to prevent offending and promote positive outcomes
  • Deliver a range of interventions and strategies to reduce crime, including group work and one-to-one support
  • Collaborate with partner agencies to deliver a comprehensive service to young people
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in working with youth services and the Youth Justice system
  • Current Enhanced DBS Disclosure
  • Eligibility to work in the UK without work permit or visa restrictions
  • Commitment to the safe care and wellbeing of vulnerable people
