Retail Store Manager

Welcome Break is a leading motorway service operator with 59 service areas and 31 hotels across the UK. We're seeking a skilled Store Manager to lead our team and drive profitable sales growth.
About the RoleAs a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for heading up your own unit, leading the team, and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor and control store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Collaborate with the Welcome Break team to achieve business objectives
