Architectural Technologist Opportunity

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (dependent on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our design team, you will work on a range of projects, from residential to commercial and listed buildings, providing technical expertise and creative design solutions.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Architectural Technology, with a strong understanding of UK building regulations and a proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. You will be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills and a flexible approach to working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop technical solutions for building projects
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality designs
  • Manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
  • Significant experience post-qualification in a UK-based practice
  • CIAT accredited or working towards accreditation
  • Strong technical skills, including Revit and AutoCAD
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
