Mechanical Construction Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to join our team at People Group. As a Mechanical Construction Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Mechanical construction activities of a prestigious Data Centre project from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Mechanical construction activities of the Data Centre project, ensuring successful delivery and adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring they meet project requirements and regulatory standards.
- Review and interpret Mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance and resolve any conflicts or issues.
- Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of Mechanical systems, ensuring they meet project requirements and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and control project progress, budgets, and resources, proactively identifying and mitigating risks or delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality control, and compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain effective communication and foster positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
