Job SummaryThis role is all about delivering Third Party Assurance (TPA) engagements and related advice to a wide range of clients operating across a range of sectors and supporting them in preparing to meet upcoming reporting and assurance requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver TPA engagements and related advice to clients across various sectors.
- Support clients in preparing to meet upcoming reporting and assurance requirements.
- Build on existing knowledge of TPA reporting standards (ISAE 3000, ISAE 3402, ISAE 3410, AAF 01/20, SOC1/2, ISRS 4400, etc.) to develop a deeper understanding of what it means for clients' businesses.
- Invest in developing a team of managers and junior staff members to ensure file quality meets assurance and internal requirements.
- Lead complex reviews, including managing a team and ensuring file quality meets assurance and internal requirements.
- Develop and maintain deep client relationships and contribute to the growth of the TPA team and delivery capabilities.
- External or internal audit or regulatory assurance or advisory work experience.
- Experience in delivering work under recognized assurance standards (ISAE 3000, ISAE 3402, ISAE 3410, AAF 01/20, SOC1/2, etc.) and the ability to review varying subject matter and criteria to determine an appropriate assurance approach.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to influence, lead, engage, and manage stakeholders.
- Ability to lead complex reviews, including managing a team and ensuring file quality meets assurance and internal requirements.
