About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to assist with the delivery of planned healthcare within our dialysis unit. As a Clinical Support Worker, you will work under the direct supervision of a registered nurse to meet the physical, psychological, and social needs of our patients. You will receive structured training and support from a mentor to ensure you develop the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist registered nurses in delivering planned healthcare within the dialysis unit
  • Support patients undergoing haemodialysis treatment, including education and application of technology
  • Work collaboratively with the haemodialysis staff to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a high-quality service, developing individual potential, and continuing education
