Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and personalized support to customers, understanding their needs and helping them with their banking requirements.
  • Process general banking requests, such as payments, balance inquiries, and transfers, with high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Help customers understand the various banking options and services available, and identify opportunities to promote simple financial products.
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide a seamless customer experience and ensure that customers receive the best possible service.
