About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Audit & Accounts Senior to join our team at Pro Talent. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for leading audit engagements and providing coaching/training to junior staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead audit engagements and provide coaching/training to junior staff
  • Work with clients ranging from sole traders to larger groups with turnovers of up to £100 million
  • Develop and implement audit plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality audit services
Requirements
  • Minimum AAT qualification and progressing through the ICAEW professional stage or equivalent ACCA qualification
  • Proven track record of leading the planning, review, and completion of accounts and tax returns
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to work within deadlines and budgets, and excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Emerging people management skills and a passion for training others
