Protocol Education is seeking a Behaviour Learning Mentor to join our team. As a Behaviour Learning Mentor, you will work with pupils who require additional support with their behaviour, providing guidance and mentorship to help them improve their behaviour and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with pupils on a 1:1 or group basis to develop strategies for improving their behaviour
- Collaborate with school staff to implement behaviour plans and track progress
- Provide mentorship and guidance to pupils to help them develop self-regulation skills and improve their behaviour
- Contribute to the development of a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with challenging behaviour
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and techniques
