- Monitor and document essential health indicators, including temperature and blood pressure, as part of our commitment to high-quality care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans tailored to the needs of each resident.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, ensuring that residents enjoy meaningful interactions during every shift.
- Previous experience in a caregiving role is required, with a strong understanding of elderly care practices.
- Possession of an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is advantageous, along with a solid knowledge of the healthcare landscape.
- A minimum of a C grade in GCSE English and Maths is preferred.
- Your compassionate nature and commitment to enhancing resident well-being will be essential in this role.
- Flexibility and adaptability are crucial, as the position involves travel; therefore, access to a vehicle is necessary.
We offer reimbursement for travel expenses incurred beyond five miles from your home.
Incentives- Eligible for a bonus if you are on duty during an inspection that results in a 'Good' rating.
