Our client, a leading provider of innovative solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Software Safety Assurance Engineer to join their team at Conventus Solutions Limited. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with clients to develop and deliver safety-critical systems, leveraging your expertise in software safety and assurance.

Job Title: Software Safety Assurance Engineer

About the Role:

• Develop and deliver safety-critical systems that meet the highest standards of quality and safety, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their safety requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that safety is integrated into all aspects of the development process, from design to delivery.

• Develop and maintain safety documentation, including hazard analysis and risk assessments, to ensure that all stakeholders have access to critical information.

• Engage with clients to ensure that safety deliverables meet their expectations, providing regular updates and progress reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Safety Engineering Professional with a strong understanding of software safety standards, including RTCA-DO-178 A/B/C, BS EN 61508, and BS EN 26262.

• Knowledge of system and software safety standards, with experience working on high SIL/DAL projects and producing documentation demonstrating compliance to these standards.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels, from technical to executive.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time.
