Unlocking Excellence in Patient Care

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Governance Manager and Infection Prevention and Control Lead to join our Surgical Centre in Gillingham.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Hospital Manager, Head of Nursing, and Senior Management to develop and implement a comprehensive quality governance, assurance, and regulatory programme.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Embedding and managing a quality governance programme to ensure high standards of patient safety and quality effectiveness
  • Collaborating with departmental leads to drive quality improvement initiatives
  • Providing expert guidance on infection prevention and control practices
  • Supporting the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
