Job Summary:

The Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated medical professional to fill the role of Specialty Doctor in Complex Care Mental Health. This part-time position requires a highly skilled individual to provide medical treatment within a multi-disciplinary care model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend clinical team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Compile comprehensive patient histories to inform treatment decisions.
  • Prepare detailed reports for tribunals, demonstrating expertise and professionalism.
  • Liaise with other clinical teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • General medical qualification with at least four years of postgraduate training.
  • High levels of competence in diagnosis and care planning.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.
