The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for leading our paid media strategy and driving business growth through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Budgeting and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy across multiple channels, including paid search, paid social, display, and video.
  • Performance Marketing Expertise: Analyze and improve customer journey to drive conversions, and work closely with the marketing team to ensure messaging and creative is optimized.
  • Agency Management: Manage a performance marketing agency to ensure delivery against targets and monitor acquisition KPIs through dashboards and reports.
  • Business Growth: Deliver lead generation growth across key markets, while optimizing coach conversions through the marketing and sales funnels.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the business to ensure new product launches are successful and create a buzz around performance marketing.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years in media agencies or in-house digital marketing roles.
  • Skills: Google Ads, META, Google Analytics, digital marketing funnels, associated metrics, and KPIs.
  • Passion: Passion for health and fitness, ideally with experience in the industry.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-Starter: Tenacity to pitch ideas internally to get buy-in and budget.
  • Location: Based in Central London.
What We Offer:
  • Contract: Permanent.
  • Remuneration: Up to £60,000 depending on experience.
