Key Responsibilities:- Project Coordination: Act as the primary contact point for PV project-related matters for both the client and key internal stakeholders.
- Project Oversight: Oversee and coordinate work and collaboration on PV projects.
- Service Onboarding: Coordinate with new business implementation teams and commercial to ensure new and existing services are on-boarded.
- Project Success: Ensure new and existing client services are implemented successfully.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
- Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, including scheduling, cost control and quality management.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess and manage project risks and issues.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines within the Life Science industry.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve project goals.
- Education: Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Science, or other related discipline, or equivalent qualification.
- Leadership Skills: Good leadership qualities including skills in planning, mentoring, meeting facilitation, communication and problem solving.
- Technical Skills: Ability to identify, document, track and resolve project action items for multiple programs simultaneously. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Dynamics, Visio and Project preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience within a service provider environment preferred. Project management and/or significant team leadership experience, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, both internally and towards clients.
