Role Overview
We are seeking to expand our team with enthusiastic, driven, and ambitious individuals. We are currently looking for a Graduate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us as we embark on our next phase of development.
In the initial 3-6 months, you will immerse yourself in the recruitment landscape, gaining a comprehensive understanding of our operations, the construction industry, and, most importantly, our candidates.
You will leverage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, professional networks, and various online platforms to pre-screen candidates, shortlist them for vacancies, and gather essential information for submission.
Your responsibilities will also include managing our database, engaging with candidates, securing work references, and formulating candidate action plans for active talent.
As you develop your industry expertise, you will begin to cultivate relationships with our existing clients and will be empowered to manage the recruitment process from start to finish, with the support and mentorship of our senior team.
