Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a high level of store presentation, ensuring that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, promoting products and services to customers and handling sales transactions efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
