Job OverviewWe're seeking a motivated and people-first individual to join our Retail team in Lancaster as a Retail Sales Assistant. This role involves working 20 hours a week, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the store's success.

- Utilize our market-leading sleep technology, Sleepmatch, to help customers choose the right mattress.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive experience for customers.
- Competitive salary: £15,000 achievable on target earnings
