About the Role

Recruitr is seeking a skilled Paid Media Manager to join our dynamic digital marketing team. As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing client ad accounts across various platforms, developing and implementing high-performing online ad strategies, and collaborating with creative teams to produce compelling social media ads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize client ad accounts across platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Develop and implement high-performing online ad strategies to drive ROI and optimize ad spend.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging social media ads that meet client objectives.
  • Conduct keyword research and create targeted, engaging ads that resonate with our target audience.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest PPC/SEM trends and perform conversion rate optimization to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Act as a key client contact, attending meetings and reporting on ROI to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Proficient in GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Proven ability to generate ROI and optimize ad spend.
  • Strong communication, copywriting, and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience in TikTok, Spotify, or Reddit ads is a plus.
  • Agency experience and conversion tracking are preferred.
