The Role: Data Delivery Manager - Automated Trading Engine (ATE)

As the Data Delivery Manager for our Automated Trading Engine (ATE), you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and integrity of our pricing system. You will manage the backlog and data delivery workstreams, overseeing projects from planning to execution, governance, and compliance.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Managing the successful initiation, release planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of Data backlog items/project workstreams.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across various functions, brands, IT specialists, and external suppliers to ensure alignment on expectations, timelines, and delivery status.
  • Ensuring compliance with IT and business governance standards.
  • Providing finance and project reporting to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Evaluating the progress of releases, making timely interventions to mitigate risks and manage issues/dependencies.
  • Leading discovery activities to shape future capabilities.
  • Managing third-party supplier deliverables to meet time, cost, and quality requirements.

What We're Looking For

We seek a highly motivated individual with:

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of project management practices and methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple backlog items, assign and manage work activities, meet deadlines, and develop effective communication and reporting.
  • Experience in project planning, budget planning, and resource management.
  • Familiarity with engineering processes and practices for building products with sound and measurable instrumentation.
  • Expertise in Agile delivery methodologies such as SAFe.
  • An engineering background in developing business-critical products and platforms.
