About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team as a Repairs Planner. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our repair services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers: Respond to customer inquiries, assess repair needs, and provide clear explanations of technical information.
  • Coordinate repairs: Create and manage work orders for contractors, collaborate with subcontractors and external teams to ensure prompt repair completion.
  • Manage customer queries: Effectively manage shared inboxes, address customer concerns, and provide timely updates on repair status.
  • Requirements:
    • Exceptional communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical information.
    • Technical skills: Proficiency in IT systems and software, including customer databases and spreadsheets.
    • Process-driven approach: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Experience: Minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in a repair or maintenance role.
