About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team at Card Factory, a leading specialist retailer of greeting cards, dressings, and gifts. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and helping our customers celebrate their life moments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
  • Process sales efficiently and accurately, upselling on till products where possible
  • Price and merchandise stock and products correctly, maintaining high standards of presentation
  • Work with the team to unload and unpack deliveries, ensuring stock is accurately received and stored
  • Assist with stock takes, which may involve working outside of normal store hours

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is able to multitask and adapt to changing situations. Retail experience is not necessary, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
