About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Hunters Recruitment & Training. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining up-to-date customer sales orders, resolving delivery queries, and handling customer returns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Processing: Load customer orders onto our IQ system, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Stock Allocation: Allocate stock as necessary to meet customer order requirements.
  • Customer Returns: Create credit notes and replacement orders as required to administer customer returns.
Requirements
  • Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain constructive relationships with customers, even in challenging situations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in creating and manipulating documents and spreadsheets, with expertise in Excel.
  • Experience: Relevant order processing and customer service experience is essential.
