Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our application architecture and dependencies.
  • Conduct feasibility and impact analysis for complex project requests, providing recommendations for optimal solutions.
  • Provide analysis support through requirements analysis and assist in solution design to ensure seamless integration.
  • Take ownership of technical implementation requirements from inception through to implementation, collaborating with impacted teams to ensure understanding and alignment.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical teams, facilitating discussions and building consensus among stakeholders.
  • Document technical solutions and processes, creating valuable references for future development.
  • Support delivery planning by ensuring high-level estimates are obtained with associated assumptions, as well as reporting potential risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
