Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at Techniche Global Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on bespoke and custom engineering projects for the restoration and manufacturing of classic car parts, components, and assemblies/fixings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical systems layouts for bespoke classic car projects
  • Work on replacement clutches, drive trains, gearboxes, and other complex components
  • Collaborate with specialists in bespoke classic and vintage car projects
  • Potentially work with other 3D CAD packages such as Inventor or NX

Requirements:

  • Mid-level to senior engineering experience
  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions:

The role is based full-time on our Waterlooville site, with a standard working hours of 7.30 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
