About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our residential sales team in Ringmer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and book valuations to meet sales targets
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers with clients
  • Progress sales through to exchange and completion
  • Optimise opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a track record of success
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
