About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Systems Engineer to lead our team in delivering cutting-edge solutions for our clients in the energy sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance on power systems projects, working closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and expertise on power systems projects, including feasibility studies, concept design, and detailed technical analysis.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements to ensure our solutions are innovative and compliant.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure a holistic approach to energy solutions that support our clients' goals.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and team efficiency.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Power Systems Engineer with a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills. You will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget, and a strong understanding of the energy sector and its challenges.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in power systems engineering, with a strong focus on project delivery and team leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong technical knowledge of power systems, including transmission, distribution, and generation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of engineers and technicians.
  • Strong understanding of the energy sector and its challenges, including regulatory requirements and industry trends.
