About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and creative individual to join our Inpatient Activity Coordinator team at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. As an Inpatient Activity Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering and facilitating activities that promote mental, emotional, and physical health for our inpatients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a wide healthcare team to create individualised activity timetables that meet the needs of our patients.
  • Deliver and facilitate 1:1 and group activities that promote physical, mental, and social wellbeing.
  • Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team, including Medical, Nursing, Therapy, and Psychology staff, as well as Wellbeing and Engagement Officers.
  • Develop and maintain a range of activities that cater to diverse patient needs and interests.
Requirements
  • A real desire to look after and help people.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate all of our trust values.
  • A driving licence is essential for this role.
