About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Upholsterer to join our team at EVO Personnel Ltd in creating high-quality upholstered furniture pieces. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various fabrics and materials to produce exceptional finished products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fabricate and assemble upholstered furniture pieces according to specifications
  • Sew, cut, and attach fabric or leather to furniture frames
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete upholstery tasks
  • Perform heavy lifting when moving furniture pieces within the warehouse
  • Ensure all upholstery work meets quality standards and deadlines
Desirable Skills
  • Proficient in fabricating and assembling upholstered furniture
  • Mechanical knowledge to operate hand tools and power tools effectively
  • Experience working in a warehouse setting is advantageous
  • Ability to sew, cut, and attach fabric or leather with precision
  • Capable of heavy lifting when handling furniture pieces
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of £13.86 per hour. The expected working hours are 37.5 per week, with a standard day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 7-16.
