About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Marketing Manager to join our team at Marvel FMCG - Certified B Corporation®. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness in the UK foodservice landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement trade marketing plans to stimulate brand demand and drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and content
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies
  • Manage and develop a direct report to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their role

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in trade marketing and activation, with a strong understanding of the FMCG industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Strong understanding of the UK foodservice landscape and the key trends and drivers that shape it
