Senior Site Manager Vacancy

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Manager to join our client's team, working on a significant healthcare project in Essex. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all site management functions, ensuring a high-quality build with low defects, and delivering the project on time.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Number 1 Senior Site Manager on projects over £20m in value, with a strong track record of delivering sites on time and to a high standard of finish. Excellent communication skills are essential, as the Senior Site Manager will be expected to liaise with the client and suppliers, as well as act as a mentor to junior members of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all site management functions, including health and safety, short-term programming, and progress monitoring.
  • Deliver a high-quality build with low defects, meeting the client's expectations.
  • Liaise with the client and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Act as a mentor to junior members of the team, providing guidance and support.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Number 1 Senior Site Manager on projects over £20m in value.
  • Strong track record of delivering sites on time and to a high standard of finish.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and suppliers.
  • Degree in Construction Management, NVQ Level 6 or above, or another comparable qualification/trade background and associated qualification.
