Job Overview

CBSbutler is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Executive to join their team on a 6-month contract. As a key member of the internal communication team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive internal communication plan to engage a team of 1700 professionals across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an internal communication strategy to promote a culture of curiosity, care, courage, and community.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to create engaging content and communications that drive business outcomes.
  • Manage the production and distribution of monthly business briefs, including agenda items, presenter preparation, and presentation materials.
  • Drive traffic to the company's internal communication platforms and SharePoint site.
  • Support the organization's in-person awards event, including logistics and coordination.

About You:

  • You will have a proven track record of developing and executing internal communication plans in a global business environment.
  • You will have the ability to quickly review internal communications and suggest the most effective channels for deployment.
  • You will have a proven ability to increase engagement with internal communications channels.
  • You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with senior stakeholders.
  • You will have experience with Microsoft Teams, including scheduling and managing large sessions.
  • Experience with organizing in-person events would be an asset.
