Transformative Finance Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Operational/Commercial Finance to join our dynamic Owner-Managed Manufacturing business, driving finance function transformation and enhancing decision-making processes. As the right-hand to the Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in optimising weekly P&L accuracy, business partnering with the Factory Manager, and spearheading process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business partnering with the Factory Manager to drive finance-led decision-making
  • Spearheading process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Managing labour variances and refining Costings
  • Collaborating with Buyers on supplier rebates
  • Refining BOM management to drive cost savings
Requirements:
  • Significant commercial finance experience within the Manufacturing sector
  • ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualification
  • Proven track record of success in finance leadership roles
  • Ambitious, proactive individual with a strong 'completer-finisher' mindset
