Job Summary

The Civil Nuclear Constabulary is seeking an experienced Exercise Advisor to provide specialist advice and support on the planning and delivery of our rolling programme of nationwide Counter Terrorism (CT) exercises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on the design and implementation of exercise scenarios that are relevant to our CNC mission and the current National Threat Assessment levels.
  • Supervise and analyse the performance of exercises to make recommendations for future exercises.
  • Provide advice in relation to policies, procedures, and the exercise strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure exercises meet the needs of the organization.

Requirements

  • Experience in emergency planning and risk management principles.
  • Knowledge of the police service and the nuclear industry is desirable.
  • Ability to travel to other sites on a regular basis.
