About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Product Management team as a Mortgage Product Executive. This is a rare opportunity to be at the heart of our Product and Pricing team, working closely with the product manager to monitor trading performance and propose and implement product and pricing changes.

As a Mortgage Product Executive, you will be responsible for crunching numbers to find optimal price points, supporting and implementing propositional change, and producing and communicating data to support key decision making across TMW. You will engage with a wide range of stakeholders to identify their respective needs and combine these with your own judgment to provide informed recommendations to your manager and the senior leadership team.

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with an analytical/numerical mindset, strong Excel skills, and good knowledge of PowerPoint & Word. You should have experience working with data to draw conclusions, a proven ability to work to a high standard while handling time pressures, and experience of building relationships and communicating with confidence.

You should also be able to work well on your own initiative while balancing priorities, have an eye for detail and quality control, and demonstrate our Customer First behaviours, including saying it straight, pushing for better, and getting it done.
