About the Role
As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial team of a successful regional housing contractor. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the financial aspects of housing projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the financial aspects of housing projects, including budgeting, cost control, and cash flow forecasting.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of the company's commercial strategy and business growth plans.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in quantity surveying, with experience in managing the financial aspects of construction projects. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
