The ideal candidates will have a strong background in managing large-scale electrical projects and will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of electricians.

The successful candidates will be responsible for:

  1. Leading and supervising a team of electricians to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  2. Coordinating and managing electrical site operations, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  3. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  4. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidates will possess:

  • SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification or equivalent.
  • Approved Electrician JIB card.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Clements Young Ltd offers a competitive salary range of £45,000-£52,000 depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
