We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parcel Delivery Driver to join our team at Total Employment. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of parcels to our customers across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver parcels and letters to customers on a dedicated route, maintaining high integrity standards and providing excellent customer service.
- Sort and process mail and parcels within the delivery office, ensuring accurate and efficient handling.
- Work up to 5 shifts per week, Monday to Saturday, with flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license with no more than six points.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on building positive relationships with customers.
- Upbeat and self-motivated, with a love of the outdoors and a good level of fitness to meet the demands of the role.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Resilience and flexibility, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
