Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Perpetual Engineering. As a key member of our professional quantity surveying consultancy, you will play a crucial role in delivering projects across various sectors, including commercial, leisure, retail, and residential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Producing cost plans and ensuring projects are completed within budget
  • Contract administration and procurement
  • Managing project delivery through to final account
Requirements:
  • Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying
  • At least three years of relevant PQS experience
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and high attention to detail
