Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to become a vital part of our customer service team, dedicated to supporting our clients across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our offerings.
  • Foster and sustain robust relationships with clients, delivering outstanding service from initial contact through to post-delivery follow-up.
  • Ensure the efficient processing of all orders in accordance with company procedures and performance indicators.
  • Prepare quotations and identify new business prospects.
  • Maintain accurate customer and account information.
  • Coordinate international deliveries for all client locations.
  • Analyze sales data to drive growth.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively.
  • Engage in upselling opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in order entry and quotation processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong desire to meet and exceed company objectives.
  • Experience with internal CRM systems is preferred.
  • Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently.
  • IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in account management is a plus.
